priority date is April 20th 2018 and case not approved yet by uscis but August bulletin now means my application is current for the visa bulletin.
quite worried as I have not been approved.
any person who has priority date same 2018 or before April who has been approved? will appreciate

@zafer dogan the issue is that my uscis i130 is still at ‘case was received’ till now hence my worry. priority date is current . so which email do you mean? if I may ask

how come case still recevied my case migrated ellis 20 may 2024 and i am waiting approved you have to call them sontinnhg wrong on your case
