L2S approval time in Texas
hi all, we have applied L1B + L2S together in premium on June 1st. My spouse received L1 on June 22nd. But L2S still not moved so far. Any idea on how long it might take for L2S to get approved. I have L2S i94 till Sep 4. my concern is that I might loose work permit bcse of this. Any inputs on the situation. Does Texas centre process L2S quickly after L1 approval ?. What are the alternative options I can try ?, thanks
NOID Case
got married in January 2025, submitted my paperwork in march 2025. did biometrics, got my work permit in October 2025 still didn’t hear nothing. then they sent me a NOID replied back to everything they wanted and more they received it on April 13th 2026 I still haven’t heard anything from them. Does anybody know anything? or experienced anything like it?

I returned to the country yesterday , missed my connecting flight and had to sleep over in the airport until today.
the vetting process is real , they asked for evidence on the case , Questions about the abuse, Questions about spouse, how did I contacted my lawyer and if I met up physically with my lawyer, they asked if I was divorced, living together, when last I saw him , where is he living now?
I had to pull up my case file and showed them evidence of what goes on between us.
they asked if I had a police report , if I did counseling and had the report with me etc.
if you must travel please travel with solid evidence of your case

hi guys, I have denied i485 in 2022 and I filed vawa full pacakage in 2022 received prima facie, advance parole and work authorization. Just today my former lawyer told me she received a notice to appear for my denied i485. I don't know why but she said she was surprised.

I’m posting here to see if I can get some guidance or hear about your experiences, because the waiting game is starting to get really stressful. My husband (a U.S. citizen) filed my I-130 petition in August 2025. I am currently inside the United States, and we are processing everything from within the country.
Our case was assigned to the Texas Service Center. Since it was submitted, we haven’t seen a single movement, update, or change in status. It feels like time is just flying by while our case remains completely frozen.
