I submitted my application online on a Sunday. By Thursday I received my receipt notice in the mail. Friday they scheduled my biometrics for April 17. so less than 4 weeks after submitting my application. Is it usually this fast?

tengo una Pregunta, si alguién a tenido alguna experiencia similar,las aprovaciones de Social o Green card, les llega a la casa de ustedes o a la oficina del sus abogados?
Ya que el abogado que yo tenia falleció lamentablemente hace 5 meses, y cerrarón las oficinas permanentemente.

Hi. Our I -130 is show as a Case was received and sent a notice receipt. We submitted the case in 13 Dec 2024. It's been over 15 months and still hasn't been approved. Is Myanmar on the travel ban country list and is it frozen/pending by USCIS? Thank u so much if you answer my concerns 🙏

I-130 Spouse (Outside US) Filed Dec 13, 2022 – Still Pending, No Updates in 2026
I filed my I-130 petition for my spouse (who is currently living outside the USA, so consular processing) on December 13, 2022. It’s been over 3 years now, and there’s been no meaningful progress — still showing as pending with no updates, no RFE, no interview scheduled, nothing.
Has anyone else filed around late 2022 for a spouse abroad and is still waiting in 2026? How long did it eventually take for approval?
Really frustrated as nothing seems to be happening. Any similar experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!”
Baltimore Field Office Processing time
Hello,
My 485 application was transferred to Baltimore Field Office from NBC on March 18, 2026 when asked to a live agent. My EAD has been approved.
Has anyone else application been transferred to Baltimore FO and how long it takes to process?

We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the applications will be completed. USCIS will issue a decision on applications once certain issues are resolved. We are striving to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
