What is the timeline?

hello My PD is 15 August 2025 and still waiting for i-485 approval. I did my biometric 24 Sep 2025 and my i-140 approved in september. I have L1A visa can someone give me estimated timeline?

USCIS I- 130, Myanmar, Travel ban

Hi. Our I -130 is show as a Case was received and sent a notice receipt. We submitted the case in 13 Dec 2024. It's been over 15 months and still hasn't been approved. Is Myanmar on the travel ban country list and is it frozen/pending by USCIS? Thank u so much if you answer my concerns 🙏

It has been exactly 2 years and still no update on Eb2-NIW regular processing. Is there anyone within this time frame with updates for i140 regular processing. Nebraska Processing Center.

I-130 Spouse (Outside US) Filed Dec 13, 2022 – Still Pending, No Updates in 2026

I filed my I-130 petition for my spouse (who is currently living outside the USA, so consular processing) on December 13, 2022. It’s been over 3 years now, and there’s been no meaningful progress — still showing as pending with no updates, no RFE, no interview scheduled, nothing. Has anyone else filed around late 2022 for a spouse abroad and is still waiting in 2026? How long did it eventually take for approval? Really frustrated as nothing seems to be happening. Any similar experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!”

Baltimore Field Office Processing time

Hello, My 485 application was transferred to Baltimore Field Office from NBC on March 18, 2026 when asked to a live agent. My EAD has been approved. Has anyone else application been transferred to Baltimore FO and how long it takes to process? PD: May 2023 Thank you

case was placed pending do to the visa availability 1 year ago (my Pd is Feb,20,2020)

so my I-485 was placed pending on march 2025 because the visa availability but now according to the visa bulletin my PD is 2 year far , does any one has the same problem what should I do ?

The inquiry may include an additional interview, contact with another agency for updates or more comprehensive information, or some other action. We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the applications will be completed. USCIS will issue a decision on applications once certain issues are resolved. Timeline to receive receipt notice in mail after Filing I-485 (EB2-NIW)

Filed an AOS(EB2-NIW) in March as my Final Action Date is current, I’m a primary dependent and filed with my dependent spouse. I have received a text and the funds have been deducted from my account however, I am still yet to receive Official Receipt Notice in mail. My Spouse hasn’t received any text or had the money taken out yet of her account yet. Is this normal and How long do we have to wait for the official receipt notice? Thanks for any insight
