Case Processing
🎉Green card Approved and the card is GREEN 🎉🍾🎉
Today, after years of praying, waiting, and trusting God, my green card was approved! 🙏🏽😭
My heart is overflowing with gratitude. Father, thank You for Your mercy and grace, for sustaining me through uncertainty, and for giving me strength when the waiting felt overwhelming. You heard every prayer, even the ones I could only express through tears. To You be all the glory!
To everyone still waiting: I know how heavy this journey can feel. Behind every application is a person, a family, and a dream. Please do not lose hope or measure your journey by someone else’s timeline. Your waiting does not mean God has forgotten you.
Keep praying, keep taking the steps you can, and give yourself grace on the difficult days. I pray that God brings you peace in the uncertainty, strength to keep going, and good news to celebrate.
Today, I celebrate with a grateful heart, and I remember everyone still waiting. May God’s mercy and grace carry you through, just as they have carried me. Amen. ❤️🙏🏽
An attorney told us that our I-130 F1 case has still not been approved. They said that all the cases filed in January 2019 have already been approved, but our case is still pending.
An attorney told us that our I-130 F1 case has still not been approved. They said that all the cases filed in January 2019 have already been approved, but our case is still pending.
I am very worried about this situation. Could you please explain why our case might not have been approved yet? Should I be concerned about this delay, or is it possible for some cases to take longer than others?
Please advise me on what I should do next. I would really appreciate your guidance and support regarding our case.
I am filing pro se mandamus and sharing how I am doing it for people with not enough money for a lawfirm.
After a week of research, I have decided to file pro se mandamus because my financial situation doesn’t let me pay 5-6 k for a law firm at this moment.
What I did was, I paid $200 a paralegal from Fiverr, she will do every paperwork and create a complaint and summon , all forms necessary and I will only sign it and take it to local court of my city. She will also explain all the procedures with simple instructions.
I am planning to visit local court some day next week and I will update you.

ICE Matters
Hi Community,
So, I filed for VAWA in mid 2022 and I have an EAD after an overstayed visa en an abusive marriage
currently, I work as a construction project manager, meaning, every now and then I have to visit job site.
Lately, and because of the recent surge in ICE operations in my state (Washington). I became more concerned, worried and scared of going to work or job site. To the extent I am thinking of quitting my job and get a night shift job. I don’t feel comfortable driving as I don’t know if the car behind me belongs to ICE/ERO. And my work requires me to drive everyday for at least 45 mins to and fro. sometimes more.
My question is to ask for opinions or advice. I’m tripping? is it normal to be scared the way I am?
what keeps you going?
what are the things you think i should be careful of or worried about?
how are you guys with EAD staying safe on the road when you know that ICE doesn’t care if you have an EAD or not?
I will appreciate any advice or information that will boost my confidence or make me stay even safer.
thank you
