Applied in July 2023, still married. I’ve included lots of evidence ( travel documents, 2 leases, mortgage, insurance, joint bank account, pictures, join gym subscriptions). Also while checking my case (api code) I noticed multiple recent UpdatesAtTimeStamp, in November, February and one yesterday. Good luck to everyone!

AOS filing with PD March 2023
Hello everyone,
My PD is March 2023, with current visa bulletin movement and visa ban on 75+ countries, when do you think people with this PD will be able to file their AOS?
I am assuming either by the end of this year or mid 2027? since we do get new visa numbers in October
Thoughts?
58 days after USCIS interview and still no update
Is this normal? I went to my interview on January 6, 2026, and I still haven’t heard anything from USCIS. My case has been pending for about 700 days, and I’m married to a U.S. citizen

Finally approved!
Eb1c, spouse approved without interview Feb 2025 (within 6 months i140 PP and I485 concurrent file).
I am a derivative spouse, I had an interview in September 2025, Eb1c was exhausted and officer gave verbal approval and told us to wait until October. It was complete silence since and finally today got the approval!

EB1C Interview Washington DC
My I-485 (EB-1C category) interview has been scheduled at the Washington DC Field Office on April, 2026.
I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has already attended an EB-1C interview, especially if it was at the Washington DC
I’m curious about a few things:
• How long did the interview usually take?
• What type of questions did the officer ask regarding the manager/executive role?
• Did they ask many questions about the company structure and employees?
• How long after the interview did you receive approval?
Any tips or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
