Hi Guys
Im scheduled for a combo interview for my I751 and N400. Do you guys know if its enough to just bring updated bonified marriage evidences to the interview rather than bringing all the evidences from the time I applied for green card? and also, do you guys have any tips for the I751 & N400 interview? thanks guys
Field office difference
Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing a strange situation with my I-485 AOS case and wanted to see if anyone has had a similar experience.
A few weeks ago, I chatted with an Emma live agent and was told that my case had been transferred to the San Bernardino Field Office. Today I contacted Emma again to ask roughly when the transfer happened so I could estimate processing time. However, after I provided my receipt information, the agent told me that my case is actually at the Omaha Field Office, and the chat disconnected before I could confirm anything.
Now I’m confused about where my case actually is.
For context:
• EB-2 NIW category
• I-485 filed in late October 2025
• Priority date early 2024
• Biometrics completed at Omaha field office
• one hidden update in January 2026 and no updates since
Has anyone experienced conflicting information from Emma agents about the field office handling their case?

120 days post interview
had an interview in NJ early Nov. went fine. officer said she just needs to donroutine travel review of trips that "I will try to do it today afternoon"
since 120 days no result, no RFE/NOID
used congressional inquiry and service requests to no avail
country of origin not in the 39 country or even 75 nation list for additional checks
clear background, 1530 physical presence days (913 required) no trip longer than 75 days. Eb1A green card background. in usa over 23 years!

I’m from one the partial ban countries - I have i751 divorce waiver case pending since April 2023 when it was filed . Anyone else rom a partial ban country and had their case adjudicated recently within the US? , pls let me know . I’m so tired of waiting , I’m not sure what’s going on at this point . Hello! Has anyone here experienced something similar?
I had my visa interview on March 3 and the consul told me that my visa was approved. She gave me a paper with a QR code and didn’t ask for any additional documents. They only kept my passport. However, when I got home and checked my CEAC status, it still showed “Ready.” A few days later, I started feeling anxious so I sent them an email to ask about my visa status. They replied saying that my case is currently under “Administrative Processing.” What does this mean?
The CEAC status is still “Ready”

hello good people. Can you seek other benefits such as vawa Incase form I 130 is denied if you do not wish to file for motion or reconsider since my spouse and I have already separated , our marriage was going through difficulties. Can you do it within the 33 days or after. I have pending assylum.
