Hi all,
I’m from one the partial ban countries - I have i751 divorce waiver case pending since April 2023 when it was filed . Anyone else rom a partial ban country and had their case adjudicated recently within the US? , pls let me know . I’m so tired of waiting , I’m not sure what’s going on at this point . I need positive stories right now to motivate me .

k1 Visa from the Philippines
Hello! Has anyone here experienced something similar?
I had my visa interview on March 3 and the consul told me that my visa was approved. She gave me a paper with a QR code and didn’t ask for any additional documents. They only kept my passport. However, when I got home and checked my CEAC status, it still showed “Ready.” A few days later, I started feeling anxious so I sent them an email to ask about my visa status. They replied saying that my case is currently under “Administrative Processing.” What does this mean?

hello good people. Can you seek other benefits such as vawa Incase form I 130 is denied if you do not wish to file for motion or reconsider since my spouse and I have already separated , our marriage was going through difficulties. Can you do it within the 33 days or after. I have pending assylum.

My I-485 and i 130 interview is completed and my I-130 was approved on the spot. My category is F2A with PD Feb 2024, but my priority date is not current yet.
For anyone in a similar situation, how long after the interview did your I-485 get approved once your PD became current?
Right now my case shows “Case is being actively reviewed.”

2nd Interview scheduled. PD Current
My 2nd interview is scheduled and pd is current.
Is there anyone who had been in this situation. Did you get decision on same day/weeks/months or still waiting? What do you guys think I’ll be asked in the interview? All questions about sponsors, BDV etc were asked in the first interview and suppj, paystub medical everything submitted in the rfe after my first interview last yr.

Separately Applied for SIJS Deferred Action.
Hi, I separately applied for Deferred Action (DA) on January 1, 2026. My lawyer advised me to apply, saying that there is a possibility of approval. Today, I went and provided my fingerprints for the DA application.
Now I am hearing that USCIS is granting Deferred Action automatically in some cases. I also saw that if DA is denied, they may place the applicant in removal proceedings. I am confused about what I should do at this point. #sijs #deferredaction #eb4
