Evidence for 751. Curious what others have sent and if I am sending enough
Hi 👋 I was going to apply for my I-751 but I feel that I need to add to it. My husband and I don’t have shared bank accounts. I am in my 40s and he is in his 50s. Second marriage for both of us. He had accounts before we married and then I opened my own. He pays the mortgage and bills and I pay for groceries and the renovations we have done to our home. We just had the house reappraised after renovating and my name was just added to the deed and mortgage. He has also just added my name to the deed to our cottage. We had debated selling it so my name had not been added.We also have mail sent to his office and not our home as we don’t have a post office box (no mail delivery in my area). Most of our mail has his work address. USCIS has his office as our mailing address.
What I am sending:
New mortgage docs with both names.
Deed for house and cottage
Medical insurance that I have had for 2.5 years through his office (self employed)
Vet records with address
Taxes for 2023/2024/2025
About 50 photos from the past 3 years since marriage
Affidavits from the person who married us, 3 friends, and my step daughter.
Car insurance
We have now added each other to bank accounts and I will be uploading unsolicited evidence of the shared accounts up until the 751 is approved.
Affidavits from myself and husband explaining the banking and the use of his office address.
I would greatly appreciate some feedback if you think this is enough.

You’ve made ways out of no way before so I know nothing is too hard for You. Father, break this shackle of stagnancy and give me what is rightfully mine. You have not created me to stay bound. Your word reassures us “I’ve never seen the righteous forsaken nor his seeds begging for bread”, so I know this is not Your will for my life.
How much longer Lord? I know Your grace is sufficient, but how much longer before I reap what is stored up for those who fear and trust You?
Father, I decree and declare, and I command a miraculous victory in our immigration journey for this month of October in the mighty & matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen

After such a long and emotional journey, my case is finally approved. 🥹❤️🇺🇸
So many times I thought about giving up and leaving everything behind. But I kept going, kept praying, and never gave up.
Today, I’m not just celebrating my approval—I’m celebrating myself for making it through.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to get on here and share some good news - hopefully this is encouraging.
After 1,533 days of waiting, I received my approval notification and my case status was updated to “Case Approved” last night. I was not expecting this to happen AT ALL especially because I hadn’t even received the updated FBI notice that they are sending out in the mail as yet and I had just been notified through my case status about that last week.
I responded to my RFE (medical and job letter) on Sep 24th. And my priority date was February 28th, 2022. if y’all have any questions I’d love to help as best as I know how. Just try your best to not stress and be patient as they are still approving cases and thank God the visa bulletin has finally made some forward movement in this category!
I know we can all realte to how much of a roller coaster ride this process is so my biggest encouragement for you is to put your faith and trust in God as it’s in His hands at the end of the day and he will work things out for you!

I have a C14 Work Permit . I ask my lawyer assistant yesterday that can I apply C9 Work Permit & Advance Parole with my I-485 Application . Lawyer assistant said our contact was just I-485, if you have GC why would you need a Work permit or advance Parole?
Is it a red flag to apply for C9 work permit & advance parole ? or should I pay extra fee & get those applied?

hi everyone I’ve filled the I-485 based on asylum march 2024 and I did the fingerprint on April 2024 since that time my case was pending and all of sudden I got an update and the case turned to ( CASE IS READY TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW in this September 11 2026
so what do you guys think or know when the situation or cases get like this move and how long do you think it might take to get an interview schedule

Por qué Lawully no muestra la actualización de mi caso de asilo ante EOIR / Ahora pendiente de un recurso de apelación ante BIA?
Hola, soy miembro de Lawfully y quisiera solicitar una aclaración sobre la información que aparece en el seguimiento de mi caso.
De acuerdo con la información oficial más reciente del sistema EOIR, mi caso muestra que la apelación ante la BIA fue desestimada el 25 de marzo de 2026. Sin embargo, el mismo sistema de EOIR registra posteriormente que una “Motion to Reconsider BIA Jurisdiction” fue recibida el 10 de julio de 2026.
Mi pregunta es: ¿por qué esta información y actualización posterior de EOIR no aparece reflejada en mi cuenta ni en el historial de actualizaciones de Lawfully, a pesar de que soy miembro de la aplicación?
¿Podrían verificar si Lawfully está recibiendo correctamente las actualizaciones más recientes de EOIR/BIA para mi número de caso y explicarme por qué esta información no se ha incorporado a mi seguimiento?

Positive thoughts and prayers 2021 PD and waiting
As we approach the new FY we all can do with some positive energy and thoughts. I read a lot about the positive impact the retrogression holds for PD 2021 filling and still waiting. It also makes me feel empathy for those that came close to filling and being crushed with the news. My prayer is that everyone walking this journey, experiencing the same type of ups and downs and all believing in the purpose of doing it good and right, will get their long awaited answers soon and may move beyond this point in building a good and stable life for themselves. May we all find our little peace under the sun and one day turn old and be content with the life we built.
As I myself is a 2021 PD waiting to be over with this phase, I truly wish each of you to receive good news in the next few months and then waiting on the others after 2021 PD to follow.

G325A Defered Action
I submitted my form G325A biographic information (for deferred action) USCIS recived at April 21, 2026, and then I make biometrics at June 18,2026(as well as I request for an Employment Authorization Document selected in Part 3.) Today is make 104 days since biometrics, and 162 days of total processing days, as form G325A doesn’t have a time for processing the USCIS goal is making a decision in 180 days.
I call USCIS contact Center At 800-375-5283 and talk to an represent, hes say that my case is processing normally there is no RFE or Notice to Intention to Denial, and the goal counting with today is making a decision IN 53 DAYS, but the approval is not guaranteed as well the time.
But I have already request for expedited processing on my case due to clear USCIS erro, I used the argument “USCIS previously rescinded the underlying policy on June 6, 2025. However, the U.S. District
Court for the Eastern District of New York in A.C.R. v. Noem, No. 1:25-cv-03962 stayed the
rescission on November 19, 2025, finding, among other grounds, that USCIS had not adequately
addressed the alleged reliance interests of parties affected by the rescission. Pursuant to the court
order, USCIS continued providing automatic consideration of deferred action for aliens classified as
SIJs. USCIS has subsequently looked at the SIJ deferred action policy afresh and issues the herein
notice to announce a new policy”.
So I still don’t get an decision, I will keep you posted.
