I had sent my combo rfe ( suppj + medical) in Local Field Office on nov 3 2025 and On Nov 5 NBC received my supp j i got the paper mail for that.. its been a 117 days nothing updated in my case tracker.. But in my mail Usps Informed delivery I saw Local FO sent me a letter .. I dont know whats that?? Do you have any idea guys after this long could be approval or interview schedule??

I have sent the RFE response in last week and my case status has not been updated whether they received it or not while the tracking shows it delivered. How long does it take the system to update the status regarding to receiving the RFE response.

my attorney doesn't want to contact uscis cause I'm from a banned country

I asked my attorney to contact uscis regarding the out of normal processing time of my i485 she told me to do it myself it's not allowed to do it cause im from a banned country and the processingtime frame is 9 months to 1 year after vawa approval.any advice guys? I'm asking if I can wait or fill it myself while I used my attorney address she knows they will reject my request.i need advice please.

Should I wait or upgrade to PP?

This is my timeline, and I’m quite hesitant about upgrading to PP because I don’t have the funds to do so. If I were to apply for PP, I would then need to apply for I-485 for the entire family. we had our interview this past Wednesday but they still have not updated my account. it still says interview was scheduled. We had to refile after a denial and after that interview our case immediately updated to "case bring processed " but nothing now. is this normal??

Has anyone been approved for an I-131 Advance Parole under VAWA while still having a previously issued Advance Parole from a prior marriage-based case that was later withdrawn? If so, did you have to return the old Advance Parole document, or did USCIS simply approve and issue a new one under the VAWA case?
