I131 DENIED DUE TO OLD AP

Hi everyone, My new I-131 was denied. The denial letter clearly says it’s because I already have a previously issued Advance Parole valid until 2029. The problem is that this old AP is tied to a prior I-485 that was withdrawn (USCIS received the withdrawal, but never updated the status). Now I’m stuck: If the old I-485 was withdrawn, the AP shouldn’t be valid. But USCIS denied the new I-131 saying the old AP is still valid. Has anyone had this happen? Did you file a motion or just reapply? Did you travel with the old AP in this situation? Thanks in advance.

Forgot A-number on I-693

I filed I-485 with 693 recently, but I forgot to fill A-number on 693. I wrote A number on 485.. is this going to be the problem?

I’m feeling really confused about whether my wife needs to provide her vaccination records for her Adjustment of Status application as there is alot of varying information online. Her medical exam was completed on October 13 2025, and she entered the United States on December 29, 2025. The forms from her medical exam were included in the packet given to Customs and Border Protection when she entered, and we haven’t gotten that packet back. Because of this, we’re unsure whether we need to submit a new Form I-693 or vaccination records, or if we don’t need to submit anything at all for her Adjustment of Status, since the exam is less than a year old. I just want to make sure we handle this correctly and don’t risk delaying her. If anyone else is going through something similar or have gone through this, what did you do? Is it required? Thank you for reading:)

Is it still Possible to AOS based on EB3-1 Professional while asylum is pending in USCIS?

I came with B1 visa and submit I-589 before I-94 expires. I applied for LC on July-2025 still pending. Is it possible to AOS in USA? Is there anyone in the same boat?

Hello, I wanted to ask, I know that uscis process are not affected for the 75 countries paused but is anyone here actually got an approval for any process after jan 21st if you are from one of those countries?

American citizen applying for spouse

We got married in September 2025, submitted documents in November (4th), and have only received the receipt letters. We are in Florida. I am from Brazil and overstayed my visa. I feel like it’s taking too long, at least to get the work permit. Anyone else?
