Is anyone here being processed at the Manchester Field Office? PD 1/9/2023 RD 10/10/2025 My case was transferred to the Manchester FO on Jan 7, and there have been no API updates so far. I noticed that many cases transferred there on Dec 23 have already been approved.

I-130: case transferred to the Bahamas for visa interview

My case was approved and then transferred to the Bahamas. Does anyone have a similar experience with an I-130 ( petition for Parent)? Did you have a hard time finding the Bahamas and the US visa? Any comment will be greatful.

Forgotten F2A Case PD 2022

I feel like my case has been forgotten. I’ve seen some 2023 cases get approved recently, while my early 2022 case has been stuck and hasn’t moved forward since 2023 ;( God, how much longer do I need to wait during this uncertain period ?

USCIS Policy Alert

It seems that about 6 days ago, USCIS updated its policy alert on their website. They finally clarified that they are “automatically considering SIJ beneficiaries for deferred action, and accepting requests for renewal of deferred action within six months of expiration on Form G-325A”. I-485 Processing times for Portland, OR

Does anyone have an idea about how long it typically takes to process I-485 applications after interview has been waived at the Portland, OR field office. mine was transferred to the FO on Jan 22nd.

I had submitted all the proof with my application and I just got a RFE and looks like they’re asking almost everything that I had submitted . Did they lost the document or why are they asking everything again?

I have a pending Vawa and I have an individual hearing scheduled in March. I have to go in person and I have a lawyer going with me. looking at what is going on in the court houses with ICE arresting immigrants, I’m so scared. Has anyone been in this, any advice. please share. I’m In New York. I have no criminal background.

hi. everytime I try to check my husband case I have a mensaje saying that the number is not correct. I call the uscis office last December and they said that they have been received the case but I will like to check ones on a weal.
