Case Processing
USCIS Policy Alert
It seems that about 6 days ago, USCIS updated its policy alert on their website. They finally clarified that they are “automatically considering SIJ beneficiaries for deferred action, and accepting requests for renewal of deferred action within six months of expiration on Form G-325A”.
The pre-recession policy seems to be fully back for now.

RFE Question
I had submitted all the proof with my application and I just got a RFE and looks like they’re asking almost everything that I had submitted .
Did they lost the document or why are they asking everything again?
