is it longer time for eb3 unskilled to get approved after 485 interviews?
for many eb2/3 applicants, they get approved within a week or two after the 485 interviews.
but it doesn’t seem like that for unskilled applicants. Maybe it’s because the officers know most candidates “buy” the offer and gc, but they don’t have the proofs so the only way they can do is to delay the approvals

so I have a pendant VAWA right now I applied on December 2022 no PF no RFE also, I also am in removal proceedings. My first hearing case will be sometime 2027 my drivers license ID says temporary on it. I flew three or four times this year with no issues within the US but now with all that's happening with ice I am very nervous to get close to an airport. Do you guys think that I should not travel? I wanna go somewhere for my birthday just here in the US there is no immigration officers notmally

anybody here F2A upgrade and address change during pending i 130 approval? if yes so tell after address change delay i 130 approval or making fast. pd july 2023 upgy may 18,2025 got rfe sep 25 response to rfe received oct 7 . sc California and local office new york. pls share experience.
