so I have a pendant VAWA right now I applied on December 2022 no PF no RFE also, I also am in removal proceedings. My first hearing case will be sometime 2027 my drivers license ID says temporary on it. I flew three or four times this year with no issues within the US but now with all that's happening with ice I am very nervous to get close to an airport. Do you guys think that I should not travel? I wanna go somewhere for my birthday just here in the US there is no immigration officers notmally

I’m not asking about approvals — I know it’s still early. I’m just wondering if anyone has received any recent updates, such as case transfers to a field office or an RFE.

do you get citizenship after 3 or 5 years after your VAWA approved?

Like I mentioned, my H1B is going to expire soon. How do I make a congressional enquiry for my pending C09 EAD. Once my H1B expire I won't be having health insurance, and I have medical needs. Hello, My family has arrived in USA after my asylum got approved, my question is, is it normal to be called for biometric for work permit after about 4 months? USCIS used to send the card in months after derivative family arrive in USA. Please share any experience
