Any recent updates on I-360 notices for 2023 VAWA filers?

I’m not asking about approvals — I know it’s still early. I’m just wondering if anyone has received any recent updates, such as case transfers to a field office or an RFE.

do you get citizenship after 3 or 5 years after your VAWA approved?

I am a bit lost, I keep hearing different numbers even from the lawyer:/

Like I mentioned, my H1B is going to expire soon. How do I make a congressional enquiry for my pending C09 EAD. Once my H1B expire I won't be having health insurance, and I have medical needs. I would like to extend a special thank you to Mark White. Thank you my friend, your predictions were spot on and the March visa bulletin showed that your data was accurate. A lot of people hated Mark White prediction but he did say last year around Feb-March the date of filing should move around atleast 6 months and that came to be the case. I would like to ask for your opinions regarding filing the Form I-485 (Adjustment of Status) online. In your experience, is it a good idea to submit the I-485 electronically, or is it still safer and more reliable to file by mail (paper filing)?
