march VB is out and i was cut off since my priority date is 15 jan 2024 AOS in EB3. this bulletin is a huge movement especially for EB2. will you think will move in the future😭

I wonder if anyone has similar experience as I have now: No I-765 Receipt After 8+ Months, But I-131/485/360 Received – Anyone Similar?

Hi everyone, I filed my VAWA-based concurrent package (I-360, I-485, I-765, and I-131) on June 17, 2025. After a long delay (over 8 months), I finally received receipt notices in February 2026 for: • I-360 • I-485 • I-131 However, I still have not received a receipt for my I-765. All forms were mailed together in one package. Has anyone experienced a situation where I-131 and I-485 were receipted but I-765 was not? Did your I-765 receipt come later? Or did you have to refile? Any similar experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙏

Hi everyone! After 3+ years of waiting, my F2A I-130 was Approved on February 18th (yesterday)! What was funny was that February 17th (the day before) I received a "Case is still being processed" update. Then 1 day later it was approved early morning on February 18th. *For Reference, this is my timeline and info:* Priority Date: January 4, 2023 Service Center: Nebraska (previously California) Country: Bahamas NO request for additional info (RFE) *timeline:* January 4, 2023: Petition received June 1, 2023: Case activity being reviewed February 17, 2026: Case is still being processed by USCIS February 18, 2026: Case Approved. Now, on to the NVC stage. I am hoping the Visa Pause is lifted by the time my interview is scheduled. WISHING APPROVALS FOR EVERYONE STILL WAITING 🤞

green card approval

hi everyone I'm asking if there's any green card approval (i485) from December 2021. i submitted my medical (Rfe) in June 2025 since then I've never received nothing from uscis,no update no approval no interview nothing at all just confirmed RFe received. I'm from a banned country I don't know if I suppose to call them or still waiting however the application is already out of the processing time posted.please any advice ???? this situation is very stressful 😭😭😭

got an update asking rfe for initial evidence after they received my rfe for additional evidence on September 2022 what’s that mean ?

Anyone waiting for their AOS in the San Antonio field office?

It seems that this is the worst, yes, the worst FO you can do your EB AOS at. I've been waiting since March and know about one other person waiting since last February and one or two others since April. Is there anybody here with their AOS application in San Antonio? Or does anyone have any information about it or know about people who were approved there? I'm asking specifically about EB, not FB. They are processing family-based applications pretty fast there.

any march 2022 , India still waiting on update after getting current in Jan ?

I got current in 2026 Jan with PD 03/2022, and no update for me. still waiting on some sort of update like medical rfe or something? anyone same boat?

Does the new travel ban affect Form I-130 processing if my spouse is from one of the banned countries? My I-130 has been pending for almost 16 months with no updates or progress, and I’m concerned the ban may be causing delays. Any insight or similar experiences would be appreciated.

Citizenship has not been granted over a yeat

Hi everyone, I just want to know if anyone here has their citizenship filed for a year and hasnt had your appointment scheduled yet. Please let me know to how to resolve it. I filed my N-400 January 2025 and my case is still showing ‘case is still being processed’ by today. I tried to chat with agent but they had no clue and told me to just wait. it’s so frustrating because i know the longest period i have to wait is 6 months, but my case is more than a year. Please help if you’ve had the same issue. Thank you everyone!

Manchester FO Processing Time

Hello community members, My case is in Manchester, New Hampshire since Jan 07th. I know historically the case adjudication takes random time for case to case, but since I am waiting for six months on my AOS journey, I just want to know if anyone got recently their case adjudicated from this FO. kindly share your experiences. Hi everyone today a weird thing happend about my i485 case it says online it’s in NBC and today I called uscis and spoke to a agent about my case he said your case is still in Vermont I asked him it shows it’s in NBC but still he says it’s in Vermont I’m totally confused now my i485 got transferred to NBC before my vawa approval but now the uscis agent tells me it’s with Vermont center anyone had this type of weird experience
