HELP PLEASE : SECOND TIME FINGERPRINT APPOINTMENT AND ?
Hello Family,
when we came US MY DAUGHTER WAS 9 and she is 18 now. then requested second time fingerprints. Our journey started with Vawa for years and at the end I was able to get my green card and applied for my daughter more than 2 years ago. Now we received fingerprints appointment again. Is that normal? Does she need an interview? Or anything we need to worry while ICE all over the USCIS buildings? Any help would be appreciated!

For those who have their names changed when applying for N-400 whose field office is in Chicago, how was your experience? How long did it take for you to get scheduled for your judicial oath ceremony?
Weighing my options whether I should change my name during the process or before I apply. I never officially changed my name in any of my legal documents my 10 year greencard still shows my maiden name.
I-130 Aproved today
My I-130 has been approved, but my I-485 is still pending. It has been 1 year and 2 months since my interview, and I’m now waiting for the final decision on my I-485.
I’d like to know if anyone has been in a similar situation. After your I-130 was approved, how long did it take to receive the final decision on your I-485? I’d really appreciate it if you could share your experience. Thank you!

Realistic EAD renewal timeline PD September 2021 and yet no update
Could anyone share their realistic experience on how long it took fir their EAD renewal? Especially since they made policy changes and took away the extension period for EAD renewals. The official USCIS website stares at least 6 months before EAD expires but I am sure in the current climate it may be longer.
I have been watching this lawfully app at least 10 times a day. I keep on telling myself it HAS to change sometime. It can’t stay like this forever. How many times did you look at your status in lawfully and just got discouraged again and again and again. It’s almost like I know better not to even open the app because I already know the answer.
But in the meantime I have to prepare for the worst and that means making sure I don’t end up with an expired EAD and potentially not be able to work.
Your experience is appreciated.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with USCIS?
At 3:05 PM, I received an email saying, “We’ve taken action on your case.” I immediately checked my USCIS online portal, and it showed that my interview had been scheduled. However, just 5 minutes later, I received another email saying that my interview had been canceled.
I’m so confused because everything happened within minutes! Has anyone experienced this before? If so, what happened in your case? Did you eventually receive another interview notice?
I would really appreciate hearing about your experiences. Thank you! 🙏

K-1 Fiancé Visa
How long on average did everyone else have to wait for approval of the Fiance Visa for them to come to the US? My Fiance is from the UK. We have been waiting for almost 8 months and I wanted to see when anyone else in a similar situation was approved. Thank you!

During the interview, I had submitted I-485J . then VO gave me a RFE letter saying that I did not signed the document. But after carefully checking the I-485j same xerox copy, I have found that I did sign the document.
he did not write on RFE letter that “ properly signed “. he wrote “ did not sign “.
anyone faced the similar issue ? what you did to resolve it.
i am trying to communicate BDV but they are super slow now. Can I myself send the RFE ? or I must take help from lawyers ?
