RFE(Medical for initial evidence Sent - May 7 2026
RFE letter recived in mail box - May 11 2026
Shipped RFE response - May 12 2026
Request to RFE response received- May 14 2026
Card Being Printed - May 14 2026
Case Apporved - May 15 2026

update on interview and also question
wanted to update those who are still waiting my appointment fir interview is on 11th of June....
I have now obtained the appointment for for fingerprints and doctor for my wife but when I called they only had availability for the 1st of June and 20th .....means more time away from work .....
anyone else come across the same issue ?
I was also told due to change in recent months they only have certain clinics available?
I-130 still says interview scheduled for my wife's kids under 21 as of Oct 7, 2025. they are overseas im awaiting approval so we can start NVC process but have heard nothing yet.
my wife's process completed, same day of interview shortly after we got i485 approval she now has her residence, we know nothing of kids process. Anyone seen se situation? Getting no response.
