biometrics
Hi,
I am the dependent and I received a letter for biometrics again. Me and my spouse had done our biometrics in 2023 March 1, together. why did they send it to me only? edit the letter says the biometrics expired! but I see lot of people with old biometrics approved!
also it did not show in tracker. they mailed the form. is that normal?
RFE no response
today will be 4 months since i responded to RFE from colombus field office ohio. they moved my case to different non local field office. however i have not received any updates afterwards. I did USCIS service request also but did not get any meaningful response. anyone else on the same boat?

Hi everyone can someone share those information with me please.i have 62 months waiting for my Vawa to be approve after I received my last prima facie expired in March I never receive one anymore in that way I can’t renew my license ,when I filed a inquiry they said I can’t I have to wait for like 60 days because they working on my case .there is something I should do please? I can’t drive right now

My N-400 and I-751 cases were approved for expedited processing, and I’m scheduled for a combo interview on October 14.
For those who have had their expedited request approved, was your oath ceremony also expedited, or did you have to wait afterward?
If anyone has had a similar situation, could you please share your timeline from the combo interview to the oath ceremony?

i485 - RFE for Medicals
Hi everyone,
I received an RFE on my i485 application on Aug 11th from LA Field office. I don't live in the CA area. I have submitted the i693 and medicals via attorney to that location and my status changed to "RFE Response received on Sept 9th". Haven't had any other updates after that. Was wondering if there is anyone in the same boat or knows how long does it generally take from here. EB-3 application, Nov 25, 2013 is the priority date.

Does anyone who had a combo I-751/N-400 interview at the Santa Ana Field - California still have a pending decision?
I had my combo interview on June 29, 2026, and I’m still waiting for an update on both cases.
My case is pretty straightforward — I’ve been married for almost 6 years, we have a child who is almost 4 years old, and my husband attended the interview with me. I passed the English and civics tests, and I don’t owe any taxes.
The officer told me she needed to enter/process everything in the system and that the I-751 would need to be resolved before the N-400 could be approved.
Has anyone else had a combo interview at Santa Ana around June/July and is still waiting? If you’ve already received an approval, I’d really appreciate it if you could share your interview and approval dates.
