Hi everyone,
I filed Form I-824 at the Nebraska Service Center on July 7, 2025 after my I-130 was approved. My case has been pending for about 9 months now, and USCIS confirmed it is still within normal processing time.
I wanted to ask:
Has anyone with a similar filing date (mid-2025) been approved recently from Nebraska?
What priority dates or months are they currently processing for I-824?
Thank you in advance. This waiting period has been really hard since my spouse and I have been apart for many months.

conditional green card
my green card was approved few days back and I got the approval letter. It states, I will receive a conditional green card and need to apply to remove those conditions before my card expires. Do you guys think vawa applicants get a conditional green card instead of 10years card?

i just got interviewed (Nashville USCIS) last Friday 4/3/2026 and today 4/6/2026 my status updated to “new card being produced “
the interview went well. some questions asked were:
* how did you find about the job
* where is your job location
*when is your last entry in US
been working in my sponsor for almost 3 years.

does someone know if visas reach their limit this month? alguien sabe si las visas ya alcanzaron su limite este mes ? I see a lot of pending cases I’m a little frustrated because I’m almost 2 years and I haven’t received any update since my case was placed pending my PD is been current all this past months but no changes on my case 😭 . he visto muchos casos pendientes este mes early frustrada por qué mi fecha de PD ha estado vigente todos estos meces y yo no he recivido ningún avance

Santo Domingo IV Tool/Interviews 🇩🇴
Hey! I’m reaching out to see if anyone has any updates regarding the scheduling tool for Santo Domingo. I noticed it usually changes between the 2nd-8th of the month. In March they were on Dec 2024, it’s April and it says they are still in Dec 2024. Does that mean the process is now going to take 16 months instead of the 15?
I am DQ March 2025 and it has been a long frustrating process for us due to errors. we are just waiting for our turn. We have two young kids 3 and 10month old. they just need their dad and I need my husband. 😫
also I am interested in any WhatsApp group if anyone is in one. thank you in advance for any info.
