3FTAO and Silent update after couple of hours
hello everyone,
Please share your experience. Primary and Derivative had biometrics in June and got 3 FTAO on I-765 and 2 FTAO on I-485 on the same day of biometrics. By the end of August;
Primary I-485 & I-765 : Only silent update
Derivative I-485 & I-765 : 3rd FTAO and Silent update
3rd FTAO event created date was biometrics date
Could you please comment on the following;
1- 3rd FTAO means approval is imminent?
2- 3rd FTAO means background checks completed?
3- I (Primary) only got SU, this means my background checks still pending?
passport returned by the Embassy
My husband petitioned my children and only one got visa the other one his passport was returned recently with no attached note for the reason for return and also there was no visa stamp on his passport. The email explained very well: ‘Your visa documents are ready for pick up, with the tracking number and passport number included in the email. when he went to pick up it was only a plain passport with no explanation. who has experience like this one and how did you deal with it because it’s very frustrating and disappointing

i stayed with current employer for 3 years.
i got my rfe audit, interview office was scheduled at wrong location so i had to flew to different state, and two RFE, two medicals, renewed combo card….

RFE revived portal change for principal but not dependent
our lawyers uploaded our RFE online on September 3rd our due date was September 16th lawyers got confirmation that they received both of ours.
yesterday September 17th my husband the principal applicants portal changed but mine hasn’t?
anyone go through this?
