San Francisco FO - interview timeline?

we just received a message that our i130 application was entered into the interview scheduling system. local office is San Francisco. Does anyone know or have experience around how long it can take for them to schedule the i130 only interview at this FO?

Hi, I had my fingerprints taken for the renewal of my EAD in April 2026 (my first EAD was issued when I was still married). I have two questions, please. First, I don’t see any record of the fingerprinting session in my online account. The second is: why didn’t they take any photos, only fingerprints? Hi everyone, I just received my I-485 interview notice and I’m starting to prepare my documents. I have a question regarding the requirements. My husband (the petitioner) is a green card holder, but he does not have a birth certificate. Has anyone been in a similar situation? What did you submit instead, and did it cause any issues during the interview? Also, I would really appreciate any tips or advice for the interview what to expect, what documents were most important, and anything that helped you feel prepared. Thank you so much in advance! PD: 2023 July 21 concurrent filed Came to the US on F1 visa.

been waiting since june 2024 and feels like im gonna be waiting for so much longer . doing an i 601 a waiver for my husband who has been here more than 20 years , he cannot even get e work permit with this type of application. this is just so exhausting. i hope everyone gets their approval fast! praying for all!

who else? thinking about applying PP. My attorney mentioned that I may have a higher chance of RFE if I file now with Premium Processing, so I’m currently evaluating whether to proceed with PP or regular filing. I would appreciate any insights from people with similar profiles or experience with NIW + PP timing. (Specialist in digital Marketing strategy)

1018 days waiting now

Would you guys consider a family based I-485 (filed conjoined with I-131, I-765, and I-130) pending over 1018 days outside of normal processing times? Our priority date is July 21st, 2023. Orlando Field Office. I submitted a service request stating the above, and they told me it’s still within normal processing times. My I-130 was approved over a year ago, 5 year travel permit and 5 year work permit approved years before that. Our interview was July 2024. 10+ congressional emails to them and they keep finding ways to stall and continue “processing” my case. Already had to submit a new medical which was accepted and the last email they responded to, was from our congressman, saying I need a new background check (been already past 60 days as well). This is my 4th or 5th background check. No criminal history, we have a U.S. born son, and we’ve been married for over 4 years with a plethora of proof that was submitted. Joint taxes, phone records, house, bills, bank statement, the absolute perfect case on paper. They’ve previously mentioned to the congressman that I am in the final adjudication process months ago, and then would do a full 180 and find new things to request or put me back into processing. I already filed to the ombudsman office, but they process my sort of case on a least priority basis. Wondering if I should consider Writ of Mandamus at this point.. #I-485 #Writofmandamus
