Hi all,
I'd like to share my experience, as I know you are probably as anxious as I was while waiting for an update on my case 😊.
I submitted the I-485 for an EB1-C on 02Jul2020, my birth country is Brazil and my FO is Miami.
I received a biometrics appointment very quickly, done on 12Aug2020, however, I heard no news for 13 months, until one day I get a Lawfully update stating that my new card was being produced - no RFE and no interview.
The bottom line is: even if you don't hear anything on your case for several months, when you least expect it, it will come 😊.

hello guys I got my husband's petition approved this Friday. I got CASE IS BEEN ACTIVELY REVIEWING on 11th June 2021, and I got another one on the 14th September 2021 and I went under my documents and I saw the approval letter. so how long will it take me to have my case number and invoice number from NVC. my pd is 11th February 2021, Texas service center. thanks
