I-765 card has being produced to case was approved
it’s confusing how long after I get the approval will take to receive the EAD card by mail?

Congrats! It took about 5 days for me to receive it by mail. 2 days before receiving card the status changed to “Card was picked up by USPS” and it provided a tracking number.
