hello guys I got my husband's petition approved this Friday. I got CASE IS BEEN ACTIVELY REVIEWING on 11th June 2021, and I got another one on the 14th September 2021 and I went under my documents and I saw the approval letter. so how long will it take me to have my case number and invoice number from NVC. my pd is 11th February 2021, Texas service center. thanks

in some days you will have, probably a week. and when you pay you will need to wait they accept the payment, more 3 days. and after you can submit the process. Nvc is delaying 2 months for accept the process. congrats about the approval!

ok that's cool. I will wait about a week before I contact nvc, for the invoice id and case number. I hope the nvc process is fast enough. and thank you for the information and wish everyone a speed process

and actually you can check the NVC timeframe and see, there they speak when they are creating process received from USCIS and when.

congratulations I been waiting since December 15th 2020 for the I-130 form to be approved for my mom in the Texas office my case still says being actively reviewed

I got approved 4 weeks ago for I-130 and I got my welcome email from NVC 3 days later! we paid the fees already and now are submitting paper work

my case was approved October 26th I-130 received welcome letter from NVC October 29th my pd date was December 15th 2020
