EB1-C - ROW approval
Hi all,
I'd like to share my experience, as I know you are probably as anxious as I was while waiting for an update on my case 😊.
I submitted the I-485 for an EB1-C on 02Jul2020, my birth country is Brazil and my FO is Miami.
I received a biometrics appointment very quickly, done on 12Aug2020, however, I heard no news for 13 months, until one day I get a Lawfully update stating that my new card was being produced - no RFE and no interview.
The bottom line is: even if you don't hear anything on your case for several months, when you least expect it, it will come 😊.

hello guys I got my husband's petition approved this Friday. I got CASE IS BEEN ACTIVELY REVIEWING on 11th June 2021, and I got another one on the 14th September 2021 and I went under my documents and I saw the approval letter. so how long will it take me to have my case number and invoice number from NVC. my pd is 11th February 2021, Texas service center. thanks

About the NVC for Brazilians
Hey everyone!
For the Brazilians of this forum who applied for a K-1 visa, how long did it take between approval and the NVC sending the receipt?
I'm looking for the more recent approvals, as I don't know how bad the backlog is.
Our case was approved on the 15th, so we're curious about how long we should expect to wait to hear from them.
And for those that had their cases sent to the RJ consulate, how long between that and the interview?

December filler HC approved!
lawfully was 100% correct in its estimation!I’m currently ousitde the us in Europe to see my mother who is ill. I have a combo card. does anybody here know if I can go back directly to the USA now that I’m a permanent resident?Do I need my GC or can I show a copie or a picture with my AP?
