First Interview:
Questions for him: Name, Day and Place of birth, Address, My name, Day and Place of birth.
Where did we meet?
When did we get married?
How many cars did we have?
Questions for me: Yes and No questions!
Second Interview:
How did we meet?
Who was our sponsor?
Where did the sponsor live?
Did we pay the sponsor to be sponsoring us?
Why did the sponsor was sponsor for so many other process? Did we know that?
Who did the paper process?
Who did buy the car?
What year is the car?
What company financed the car?
Did I speak with his father a lot?
Where did his father live?
Asked husband if he knew he would be responsible for me for the next 10 years.
In the end asked for a new sponsor for our case, I make enough $$ but she wanted a new one anyway.
The lady wasn’t very nice and patience, the entire interview she made us feel we were doing everything wrong, even when she was writing her notes she was shanking her head negatively .. so we were not positive at all.
It took us around 20 minutes for the fists interview and she told us “you will get your notification via mail” for the second interview it took us about 30 minutes for each one (interview separated) and then she asked me for a new sponsor for my case (i485).. that’s all.
Docs that I took with me for the first interview: Apartment leasing, Georgia Power Account, Car insurance,10 pictures and Taxes (just the last one)
(She asked me the old car insurance polices but I took just the most recent)
Docs that I took with me for the second
interview:
Bills of 3 months of 2019-2020-2021 of Georgia Power, Xfinity Internet, Apartment bills (water, sewer, pest control) Trip, Joint Credit Card, Life Insurance, House Insurance and the Last 3 car insurance police in both names.
It has been a long journey and it was really painful, but worth it. I wish you guys luck and may God bless you all and your processes!
