I’m very impressed with the expedite process. I had sent in an expedite that had passed 80 days then I asked for an update. They then asked me about my evidence of a job offer(nurse). The day after it was approved !

My H1B (non CAP and premium )case was approved but upon receiving the approval notice I noticed a mistake with the name my first name and last names were swapped. so instead of ABC and EFG it was made EFG and ABC. immigration personal file for the correction and it's been 7 days now. Status changed from Approval and My notice was mailed to Name Update. how long till I receive the new approval. immigration officer says I cannot start work until new approval is in hand. how trus is this?
how long my I-130 will move forward from NVC? I already paid the fees and submitted all required documents, also yesterday I got my U.S citizenship naturalisation, do you think that , that will help?

I just received my GC .Valid for 10 yrs
My feelings are mixed,been here so long without any documents,probably gonna take me time to get used to be “legal” and have a freedom to go back and see my family after 8 yrs…
Im so thankful to god ,without him there is nothing.

i539 COS from H4 to F1
I filed my COS on 22nd June 2020. on 9/3/21 I raised an expedite request which got denied on 9/10 but when i checked my online accout I saw the Approval notice in the documents which states that the case is approved from 9/10 to DS.
When I am checking the case status website or the history in my online accout, its still showing as expedite request denied. I talked to an agent as well and they also mentioned that the last update they see is 'expedite requeat denied'.
What should I do?
