Finally approved
It was a long 244 days since they received our petition.
It was an even longer 621 days since we last saw each other in person because of border closure.
But everything has been worth it, and I can't wait to be with my fiancée again.
May everyone here have the same luck, and let us all be happy!

card was not delivered to me(lawyers office)by uscis.
so my h4 ead got approved on sep 7th. and I got approval notice to my home. but the card went to lawyers office. in the usps tracking it says delivered, but the lawyers did not find the card. ( missing ) what are the next steps in this case. usps is doing such a bad job.
edited: card delivered to lawyers office next day., so the tracking was wrong.

New card is being produced
We had an interview today in Philadelphia field office. In about an hour after interview a status changed into new card is being produced!
I will share my experience. Officer was very nice, I think we were the first one in the early morning. First of all he went through form 485 to verify our adress and names, we moved between the states and he updated our new adress, moved to yes/no questions. He asked all copies of the documents such as passport, driver’s licence, EAD card, ssn cards. he asked when the last time I entered the USA and do I have a proof of it ( I-94). Officer asked what was the reason of travel( I haven’t been to my home country for a year) asked if my husband was visiting with me. Then, he asked us where do we meet, our relationship milestones. Since we both studied in London, he asked if we have been living together there. Who moved to whom, when did we get married, who proposed to whom, how did proposal looked like, when was that. Also he asked did we travel together and where have we been to so far (around the world and the states). Throught the proceed he was taking notes. Afterall, the officer asked if we have any document to support our marriage ( he didn’t look through the album, but asked to select about 5 photos to give him), joint account, where my husband and I are working, assets together, lease etc. he asked me also if I have a copy of me medical exam ( which I did not have, I sent sealed envelope together with an application). That’s about it! the whole interview was about 30 minutes and then he said I should hear about the result in a week. good luck to everyone!

I had my appointment today. Orlando field office , my interview lasted 15 minutes and the remaining time was the officer making copies and took a couple pictures from our files. the officer only asked 3 questions. first.. how we met ? second did my ex wife petitioned for me for a K-1 visa? when did I get divorce … and the officer said she approved me on the spot , I signed a white paper and I was out. we brought a lot of documents but she was more focus on how we met and my previous marriage. the officer was not friendly but more professional. I’m glad the first chapter is done so I can relax now and hope everything goes well for you guys… be patient and pray 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿.
