I just saw my case 765 said a new card is being produced! I'm so happy!!
I've checked my case almost every day with this app/community and not only had lots of information also made me relief! So, I would like to share my case with y'all!! April filer! Hang in there!
Oh! Do you happen to know how long does it take to receive EAD after a new card is being produced?

When I was already on the verge of madness, after 7 months without working with a child to support, and having been denied 5 ERs for I-765, today I got the best possible news. Green Card being produced

I am providing more information in case it helps someone.
- We were verbally approved but I was given the Notice of Continuance (white paper) at the very end of the interview. We were shocked because we were expecting an approval letter.
- Both case statuses showed “interview was scheduled” 4 days after the interview so I began to panic
- I then reached out via EMMA and told the agent that my status hasn’t been updated to show that the interview was completed even after verbal approval at the interview. Agent told me to continue waiting as I am still within processing time for my FO.
- Hours later, both cases changed to approved. I don’t know if my chat had anything to do with it but I’m elated and I thank God!

I-485 medical RFE ( FRESNO FIELD OFFICE)
so guys I received RFE for medical from field office and responded back on OCT 25th. case status changed to “RFE received” the same day.
today it’s 15th day since then without any update.
my EAD expires in 4days, so I sent expedite request for I-485, and they responded that they will send case to supervisor review for its expedition.
I don’t know how long till something changes. this is really frustrating.
does anyone have experience? or anyone with medical RFE from FRESNO FIELD OFFICE?

Does anybody knows why my USCIS# changed? I was under the F1 visa and STEM OPT.
I have had EADs over the years because I attended to school in the US. I already had a USCIS# which shows up on my previous EAD. but this time my USCIS# changed on my new EAD and AP card under my 485 application. Has anyone experienced this? I don’t know if it matters but I was just curious why the change.
