I-485 medical RFE ( FRESNO FIELD OFFICE)

so guys I received RFE for medical from field office and responded back on OCT 25th. case status changed to “RFE received” the same day. today it’s 15th day since then without any update. my EAD expires in 4days, so I sent expedite request for I-485, and they responded that they will send case to supervisor review for its expedition. I don’t know how long till something changes. this is really frustrating. does anyone have experience? or anyone with medical RFE from FRESNO FIELD OFFICE? your response will be highly appreciated. 🙏🏽

Does anybody knows why my USCIS# changed? I was under the F1 visa and STEM OPT.

I have had EADs over the years because I attended to school in the US. I already had a USCIS# which shows up on my previous EAD. but this time my USCIS# changed on my new EAD and AP card under my 485 application. Has anyone experienced this? I don’t know if it matters but I was just curious why the change.

i got my combo card on 11/6 but no SSN,when my lawyer applied for i-765 she did apply for SSN along with EAD,how long it takes to receive SSN or what should i do??any help?!

finally got approved 🙌. it has been a long journey. I thank God is has now ended in joy.

Both I-765 and I-821 were submitted on May 4th and approved on November 3rd. Roughly, 5 weeks after biometrics.

travel out of the country - advance parole

hi guys - I got my EAD combo card with advance parole on Oct 27. I’d like to travel from Nov 18 to Dec 3 , do you think it’s a problem to travel more than 2 weeks? Also I planned to be with my husband for the 2 weeks but is it a problem if I leave 2-3 days before him ? Also id like to mention that my interview is not scheduled yet . thanks !!!
