hi Rodrigo - thanks for RFE info. when did you reply to the medical RFE? I am in similar boat, my medical RFE was received by USCIS on Sep 14. No news on 765, 131 combo or 485!

my medical was also mid September. don’t recall exactly when. approval arrived 10 days before the expected date of Lawfully
