hello …I file for a I-130 for my husband April 8. it gkt approved today. do I have to file anything else? P.S I log into my uscis account && clicked on documents..that’s where I saw the approved letter)

ok congrats...i just filed mines and im nervouse they might request rfe but I dont know exactly would be missing...then im hearing IOE go faster lol

I think it all depends on your location center. mine got sent to Nebraska and then got transferred to Vermont. my RFE was my passport picture was missing. sometimes it’s something simple. don’t me nervous. find out the time frame for where yu filed.

@amelia I went to uscis, logged into my account && found the approval letter with today’s date on it in my documents

@moe October 8 “actively reviewing “ than October 22 “RFE”. mailed it out October 28, Receive November 2 && today November 8 went on the website && saw my approval letter

congrats again. Mine is April 12 21, actively reviewing still waiting same center... IOE09111***94 . I thought it goes by case by case.

if yu have a uscis account log in & look in your documents to see if it might be in there

it's not there. I check everyday. This app says it should be approved by October to March 2022 soo.. wish me luck
