I wonna share my journey with you guys
I got married in 2018 and applied in august 2019, with all required documentation, got my initial interview in October 2020, went to the interview and got denied on the basis that my husband was a green card holder and I over stayed my J1 visa only my I-130 was approved.
fast farward to 2021
I reapply in April 2021 went through all the necessary steps required by Uscis.
received my EAD in November and couple days after receiving it I got a letter with my interview date which was today 12/15/2021 @8:15 field office Mount Laurel.
went in checked in at the front desk, it was pretty easy and fast the interview called us back me my husband and my son. she greated us and we sat down . the only thing she did reminded me why I was t approved the last time and asked the YES & NO questions. then she told me right there and then that I was being approved for a 10 year green card . 🎉🎉🎉
so yes that’s my journey through the system but even though it was a harsh journey for me it was worth waiting and I am greatfull.

this process was easy and I think fast.
but there's one thing that was strange to me :
the Travel Document and work permit, arrived almost at the same time as my green card was approved.

I had my N400 and I-751 combo interviews in the Newark NJ yesterday. 3 minutes and both were approved. 2 hours later they administered the ceremony and i am citizen now. 2 years amd 2 months waiting for I-751 and 11 months for N400 are finally over

New card is being produced after 375 days!
Finally! after more than a year and almost 11 months since Fingerprints taken, and many EAD expedites denied we have our GC approved.
Case details:
- EB3 Mex
- I-140, I-765, I-131, I-485, Public charge and Medicals filled on 12/04/2020
- Fingerprints taken on 1/6/21
- Wife filed for 4 expedites and 1 congressional request, all of them denied.
- I requested one but it was denied
- I filed from H1B and my wife from TN
