My EAD got approved Dec 15. PD May 7, 2021 Bio Sept 20 NBC and MSC #
How long does it take to receive my work permit in hand? Also do I get SSN the same time?
When I check my status online it says that I should receive my approval notice before Dec 31.
Also this app is highly inaccurate, I wouldnt rely on it. It projected my EAD to be approved March 2022 and my I-485 August 2022

413 days and finally approved!
After long 13.5 stressfull month, 6 month of unemployment and many many enquiries to USCIS through congressman and senators, ombudsman and my employer, Nebraska finally decided to approve my EAD/AP just right before holiday season.
I had 4x ERs, 6x SR, 3x tier2 agent calls, 100x chats, 3x congressional enquiries and 3x Ombudsman enquiries. mostof these have left unanswered and I'm not sure which method worked but I can say being a pain in the neck works in this system. My latest effort yesterday to ask to expedite my I131 (for the 2nd time) seems to helped and got everything approved. I yet to receive the medical RFE for GC and not sure how long I have to wait for it.
For those who want more details, it was new application C09 category EB2. I had one RFE in Aug asked for new photos.

Finally my case was approved. Thank God 🙏. I did my biometrics on August 12, 2021. Apparently, it took about 8 months to get approval. Hang in there if you have been waiting for approval on your cases!
