congratulations. I applied for i751 in 04/2020 and n400 in 04/2021. now waiting for both interviews. can I get few tips plz ??

@Kim A - no my spouse was not asked to be in the interview. as a matter of fact they completely lost track of the I-751 case and were not prepared so asked just one question if own a property and then moved to the civic test under N-400. @J J - my tip is: be prepared for everything, have all proofs, and remember that there is only one truth.

why did your i751 took that long? did you go with lawyer?

Hi Kim. no lawyer. my guess is that they dropped the ball on the i-751 despite multiple inquiries on my end and just realized that if there is already n-400 pending the delay on their end will be immaterial if the n-400 approved

this is normal time now I guess. my case is with NBC and I am waiting from 18 months for my i751

Congrats Leo Cleo. I will be submitting my N400 sometime in January. Do you think is best to submit online? and also what are the supporting documents you submitted when applying for N400? NB: 3 years marriage rule

@ J J they transferred my case from Vermont to NBC and my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview( July 2021 filer )

@ Kim a mine is other way around. it went to NBC straight and I am waiting for them to transfer it to my local field office so that they can give me an interview date.

Newark NJ for my n400 and Vermont originally for my i751 before it got transferred to NBC. tier 2 officer I spoke to said I'd be getting a combo interview whenever my field office had space
