yes I did expedite on the 30th of November then got approved on the 10th

gigante Marshall maybe 3-5 days o less , can ask if after your expediate it was approved it show different status like example card is produce and card is approved ,etc.etc...?

@alsu t yes my status showed card being produced then case approved then now card emailed to me all this happened in a space of 5 days

I sent an expedite through uscis on their website and the reason was financial loss and that was it was never asked for any proof they just went ahead and approve my case so dont lose hope it's coming

thank you so much. we submitted several expedite requests since December 7. 1 with senator, 1 with congressman, 1 USCIS website, 2 through USCIS hotline. that’s how desperate my husband and I are now. hopefully something positive comes up before Christmas

how did you talk with an agent? did you call or via chat?

I called and just said expedite request and you be transferred to one!

@ri may, I learned after reading so many forums that the magic word is “I like to schedule an infopass” and I was able to be connected to a live agent instantly. I also try to call very early in the morning. some complain about the wait times around 2 hours, but I have not experienced that so far

I’m in the exact same situation! my I-765 expedition request was received on nov.30, approved on dec.10, and today it’s changed to card has been mailed! Mine is also at Nebraska. Can’t wait for it to be in hands!
