Hello , if you are at the NVC level , make sure you submit 3 recent tax years , paystubs, an employment letter , . if you have a joint sponsor , they should submit proof of domicile, legal status and 3 most recent transcripts . Yes, priority date is way far back but the actual filing of I-485 was on 5/31 this year.
I-140 was approved earlier in 2020

hey guys I just wanna share my experience both i751 and n400 were approved Orlando FL,
i751: applied in Dec 2020
n400: applied in Dec 2021
intervew went smooth took my wife with me but officer told me I don't have to bring her in cause he already looked in my file and approved the i751 we went straight to n400 questions and yes or no questions, after that told me to wait for ceremony. journey was long and hard but approved at last 🙏

Here’s my story.
I have a pending asylum in the system which I filed in march 2016. Have not gone for interview.
I got married to my first wife in June 2017, we divorced in July 2018.
Got married to my second wife in June 2019 and we filed in December 2020.
My interview wasn’t the best as she badged me through the whole interview. After I got a long list of RFE, which I provided within 30days.
i want to encourage everybody waiting to hang in there. Your time will come. My spirit was on high vibration all throughout the process even though it was such a long process, I never gave up. God showed me his face at the 11th hour.

hi everyone, I just received welcome letter from NVC but when I open the CEAC account I don’t see the option to add a family member or a joint sponsor. will this 2 options appear after I pay or is something wrong with my account?

On February 17th, 2022, my husband and I submitted the documents for adjustment of status, then on March we received a request of evidence as we missed a signature, then in October 25 we received another request of evidence, this time about our mariage, so two days later we sent a lot of evidence and a letter complaining because they did not request that evidence together with the first one. And yesterday, November 5th, we got approved without having to do the interview! we’re so grateful!
NVC
NVC should have different departments to review resubmit documents . we already waited 2 month and they asked for something which is already there.. that’s doesn’t make no sense. and they want us to wait another 2 month 🥺
they should review resubmit documents before 2 month.
