@Jim Kad I just create my CEAc acct I don’t see the option to add my kids or a joint sponsor, do you know if the option will be available after I paid the fees or am I missing something in my account? thanks

what if I only have one year of tax? Do I only submit that one?

your joint sponsor can be added , check on the box at the top that says add joint sponsor , for your kids if you filed with them inclusive, all u need to do is put their names n other information while filing out the ds260. if you are adding them after the case was approved , go to add applicant and add their names, it rakes the nvc at most a week to accept the adding of applicants

if u only have one year tax , get a couple of pay stubs and employment letter from your Job.. to make it safer , get a joint sponsor to clear aby doubts. You don't want to waste time .

@jim kad I’m us citizen and have 4 applications, 3 in txt and 1 in Vermont, the 3 from Texas got approved, wife and 2 kids, my other child is in Vermont and I don’t know what to do any idea?

u can add the child in Vermont to the other ones and let the USCIS know, also u can inform the NVC about it using AskNVC.gov check on my videos on YouTube

Jim Kad, I was DQ September 16 with all my documents.... unfortunately October 17, I went on NVC website to check if I have interview schedule and I saw incomplete document.... I resubmitted it on October 19. Am I going to start reover again with the 2 months NVC time processing. I really don't think is fair to us, that we have to wait again for another 2 months

hello I just got from nvc they say my income is not enough so what can I do? do have to submit now or wait until they scheduled my interview is that possible my lawyer say we can submit after we got the interview so is this may delay my case it’s family case

submit now if you can it’s better for you. or you should wait longtime for nothing

@Selina Girl get joint sponsor ASAP, add the joint sponsor and make sure they provide all the documents I mentioned above

submit three years if you have it, n try to add paystubs and an employment letter , you way to get in n out of the nvc the first time.

i submitted my State drivers license as proof of domicile. but got a message saying that "xx might not have a principal residence or domiciled in US. please submit proof of domicile." I live with my husband outside of US for the past 5 years. what are other things that I can submit for domicile that will get approved? i am a licensed therapist in US and renewed my certificate last year. would that work? also got a one way ticket to US for june should I attach that? also i heard people writing a letter about their plans and intentions to moving to US?
