Case Approved with No Interview. I-485
On February 17th, 2022, my husband and I submitted the documents for adjustment of status, then on March we received a request of evidence as we missed a signature, then in October 25 we received another request of evidence, this time about our mariage, so two days later we sent a lot of evidence and a letter complaining because they did not request that evidence together with the first one. And yesterday, November 5th, we got approved without having to do the interview! we’re so grateful!

Congratulations Cris. Can I ask you what type of evidence did they ask you? I filed on April 5th and still waiting for the AOS. We got married a year ago, so I'm not sure if they would waive our interview.

they asked me for joined bank accounts, joined lease agreements, photos, etc. So here is what I submitted, I submitted a copy of the lease agreement with both names on it, a bank statement of the joint account, approximately 70 pictures of different ocations, copies of the congratulations letters we received at the wedding. But Also, online, on my USCIS account, I uploaded a lot of unrequested evidence (much more pictures, any single thing that shows us or our names together),

we married officially in December last year but submitted papers in February.

the first RFE is because they don’t examine your packet in detail, just make sure the money is there and everything is signed
