what’s next after uscis approves me ? how does nvc reach out to me or do I reach out to them ? what’s the cost for ncv and how long does it take ? help please!

The NVC will send you the welcome letter and ask you to pay the fee, then you have to upload the reqired documents, after the submission of the required documents you have to wait for the interview
