@Nathaniel did you apply for EB3 unskilled visa, too? your PD is not current, though
nathaniel khoNov 7, 2022
@Ryan’s journey 111, yea EB3 too. PD was current
Ryan’s journey 111Nov 8, 2022
well, I’d contact USCIS if my PD wasn’t current when they approved my case. USCIS might make mistakes, and totally can revoke the green card anytime.
nathaniel khoNov 8, 2022
luckily my pd is current :)
Ryan’s journey 111Nov 8, 2022
Oh Ok, I thought your PD was 9 February 2021 as you said above.

@nathaniel kho, so your category isn’t EB3 unskilled…
nathaniel khoNov 8, 2022
@shishi 9, it is

shishi 9Nov 8, 2022
@nathaniel kho, how is it current if your pd is in Feb 2021?
nathaniel khoNov 8, 2022
@shishi 9, probably because of my country of origin?
Ryan’s journey 111Nov 9, 2022
not at all. even if you’re not Chinese or Indian, your PD is still not current according to the most recent visa bulletins. Your PD was only current before the retrogression started in June 2022.

I agree with Ryan. I’m a bit confused. Maybe USCIS made a mistake or maybe you’re thinking of pd as the date you sent your forms to USCIS. Anywho, congrats on your GC!
