Though I lost some faith at times but God didn’t let me down. My I-485 is still pending after an interview but my EAD got approved after an expedite.
I had a dream two days ago that my case was approved and had a dream yesterday that my card came with mistakes of my name all over 😂 I rebuke this part.But I am terrified of getting my EAD with a wrong name so I won’t relax until I see everything is correct.

Submitted jointly on June 30, 2021. Did the biometrics on December 1, 2021. And received the status update notification email yesterday saying that My New Card Is Being Produced! Card is being produced from expedite request
PD is July 14, 2021. FO is Greer, SC. My I-484 is at RFE is received. I initially tried to expedite through congressman on Jan 20. I got an email on Jan 30 to wait that my case is still being reviewed and I should try to expedite again in 60 days. I decided to expedite again through Emma on Feb 24. I got an email on March 3 to fax my evidence. I sent a cover letter, all the bills I found in my house. My wife and my credit card bill, my wife's surgery bill, surgery gruesome photos and loan bill of about $27,000. I faxed these documents on March 4 through UPS. I chatted with Emma on March 4 and March 7 to know if they got my faxed documents. Emma told me those documents do not show on my profile, so they have no access to it. I decided to chat with Emma on March 10 to ask about expedite status. Emma then submitted a request for me to be contacted by a Tier 2 officer in 72 hours. There was no call from USCIS on March 11, 14 and 15. Instead, I received an email notification that card is being produced today, March 15. I am so excited.

I-485 Approved!!
This case was processed exceptionally fast, even I was surprised! I barely filed in November. All I could think of is that I had DACA prior to filing, had a legal entry, and my husband is a naturalized US Citizen and USCIS already had all of his information. I decided not to get a lawyer since the case seemed pretty simple and straight forward, so I watched a bunch of YouTube videos and submitted the paperwork.
