Finally approved after a good 3 years 🎉🎉🎉
My wife and I had our AOS Interview yesterday, got the approval today. Don't lose hope guys, this process is a long journey, it felt like forever but well worth the wait.
This timeline doesn't tell the full story of the 3 years process.. Yes, we went through the K1 Visa process in 2019.. medical exam, Biometrics and interview in our home country. My wife entered the US in March 2020.. we had 90 days to get married, got married during covid in April 2020. I submitted the AOS 485 in June ..it got rejected because I filed incorrectly.. then again in July 2020 but with a online Lawyer services, got received.. we found out in July 2020 the we were pregnant.. got the Biometrics appointment in March 2021 the same day my daughter was born. in April 2021 we got the letter that an interview appointment was next but didn't received a date until February 2022.. that was the longest waiting.. in the meantime my wife received her Advanced parole and employment authorization in the same red card. My daughter recently turned a year old, so we took her to out AOS Interview March 29th 2022. Got approval notification and the card has been created on the 30th.. so we should have the card in a couple weeks 😊

n400 decision at Boston field office
yesterday was my naturalization test at Boston field office. I passed the interview, but decision wasn’t made. As they said they couldn’t make a decision because of some documents: they need some additional documents to make a decision. But, this morning I received an email from USCIS notice they have made an action on my account. When I login in my account, nothing changed.
is this normal?

today I received this amazing news . I’m not someone that makes posts or share my personal opinions online but today I feel like sharing this to this amazing community where I found such good resources and helpful answers that encouraged me to make an expedite request which I made 2 days ago. I didn’t received any update I just got a file number, I’m guessing that it got approved since I got this amazing news today.
I hope all your cases move faster, I feel what many of you guys are feeling, stress and anxiety due to the uncertainty of time. I hope we all can get what we need as soon as possible.
thank you again to all this community, there’s still more ahead in this long process but today for me this is a huge step.
