n400 decision at Boston field office
yesterday was my naturalization test at Boston field office. I passed the interview, but decision wasn’t made. As they said they couldn’t make a decision because of some documents: they need some additional documents to make a decision. But, this morning I received an email from USCIS notice they have made an action on my account. When I login in my account, nothing changed.
is this normal?

Did you get a print out and was the officer Barclays S ? Had my interview there as well and the same story . waiting for almost a month now .

they asked my military status. I told them I discharged from the US army last year because of medical problems. They wanted to see that document. Even if I gave them during that time, they weren’t be able to make a decision. I think they need to verify that before a decision gets made. GC I 130

@Abhi, I have not got a decision yet , it will be 2 months May 9th . right there I gave him 6 months joint bank statement , letter of my new job , lease documentation because we moved , 401k showing my spouse as 100% beneficiary and he asked of 2021 tax return and I told him we haven’t filed yet because this was in March . He asked if I reside with my spouse and I Said yes, he questioned that I went to my home country like twice a year and if I have a wife and kid there I said No. he said he will do his finding and get back to me the following week and I am still waiting .

@G€£ hmmm. Seems like you had everything. I don’t see a problem with you going to your home country twice a year.. did he take all the documents when you gave it to him?

He gladly took them and scan them in . next day I received an action has been taken and when I check there was nothing . i called and the agent said the action was as a result of the officer uploading the docs and everything looks good and I should let the officer get back to me . it’s just the wait . i asked how long will that take she said between 90 days .
i contacted my congressman 30 days after my interview and he said he had written to them and should expect a reply in 30 days . so fingers crossed 🤞🏿
