New card being produced 🎊🎉
I thought the day would never come. I have been waiting anxiously for 2 years! Thank you dear God 🙏🏾! Still in denial tho. Will wait till I have the card in hand to celebrate. Case is for i-485 based on eb3, transferred from Houston office to Charlotte’s for jurisdiction purposes. My 2nd interview was waived. Good luck to everyone else on their journey! Your day will come too.

@ butter rolls ah ah. I DO remember 😂. My sister sent me this picture as a meme . And I kept it because it just makes me so happy. I hope your case gets approved soon! I know waiting is not fun but it will eventually get there. Sounds cliché but hang in there!

@kim Unfortunately I’m not very familiar with appeal cases. Do you have a lawyer?
lily BondApr 3, 2022
Normally, you only get one interview. But because I went to my interview in Houston while living in Charlotte, my case had to be transferred. I thought I was gonna get another interview for the Charlotte office but my status changed from “case transferred “ to “ new card being produced “. There’s a chance your interview can be waived as well. I’ve heard of eb3 cases being approved without an interview.

Lily, when was ur 1st interview? My status says case ready to be scheduled for interview. I had completed interview 2 years back & had to withdraw that application. Wondering if they will schedule another one now.

my first interview was January 22, 2021. Who knows with USCIS. Since it’s a new application, they can schedule an interview or just waive. they did send me a courtesy letter for my medicals. if you already sent your medicals there’s always a chance to get your interview waived.

I had submitted medicals during my 1st interview Jan 2020 - I am told USCIS extended medical validity to 4yrs now. Confusion

Confusion indeed. I am convinced that these agents do what they want. And it may be true about the extended medical. Because mine expired last month but they still approved my case.
