Call uscis on monday and they said that your case is with NBC how to contact NBC and what should I tell them?

Amira is your case within processing time for that service center for the N-400? if it is, there is nothing you can do but wait but if ur case Is out of processing type you can do an expedite request for outside of processing times on the uscis website
