removal proceeding
hi friends I have a removal procedings with a vawa approved I was in removal procedings because I was was arrested for felony and the grand jury dismissed my case with no bill...so I try to terminate my removal procedings base on my vawa aproval and the ice refuse to join that motion please any one have a similar issue pls share experience
EAD Card
My Card is being returned to USCIS due to insufficient address, but I never moved or updated my address, it’s been the same address. Might have been a typo from USCIS. I’m a bit worried, this would take more time to get it back. I plan on going to the post office near by on Tuesday since tomorrow is a public holiday and calling as well. Has anyone had any similar experience?

dear sir my my papers have been approved since 2012 .
We only received the receipt number, then no paper, no email, etc.
What can we do now?
How much longer will my case take?
And whether it will happen or not, I am from Pakistan. My papers were submitted by my father and now he's died in car accident in USA state of salt lake city Utah.
I am very worried that my father's grave is also built on it
