it depends. you may try with medical reports attached to your request. their is no crime in trying.

yes just have documents to support ur surgery. I did it and I got approved waiting for my interview now from my embassy

really! and I didn’t get any letter from any doctor I just use the letter that my mom got from her insurance company and i also submit my I-130 approval notice that’s it and within 2 days it was apply and sent to my embassy

u can submit a letter from the doctor that is going to do the surgery

and if u have a health insurance that’s covering the payment for the surgery submit that also

the health insurance letter stating the date that you’ll be admitted *

To request a review for expedite, submit a scanned letter (or statement) to NVCExpedite@state.gov from a physician (or medical facility). The letter must include the physician's (or medical facility's) contact information and declare a life or death medical emergency exists.

And in the email u have to give ur case number and name of petitioner and beneficiary. Also their date of birth and contact info

no because my mom surgery was the 25 of May and I still haven’t gotten an interview date as yet. It depends on the embassy tho
