Case Approved
EAD Finally Approved!
3 expedite requests later, my EAD was finally approved! I received word from the congresspersons office which I filed the last expedite request through.
the first I did through my lawyer, the second I did by myself over the phone, and this last one via my congresspersons office. I give God all the glory!
I use my case as a point of contact to anyone still waiting for their approval, I declare speedy approval for you in Jesus’s name!
You’ve got this, remain hopeful, it will come. trust me I know how discouraging it can get when it feels like it’s been dragging for too long. but It will come!
Now we wait on I-485, etc.
feel free to reach out with any question regarding my case.

Approval
The above petition has been approved. However, you did not indicate on the petition whether the beneficiary intends to apply for an immigrant visa abroad
at a U.S. Embassy or a U.S. Consulate or will apply for adjustment of status in the United States. Therefore, USCIS has retained the petition.
What does this mean? is it approved or not. is it referring to the i485??
please let me know guys. thanks

Cased approved but no card was produced or mailed status
Hi all,
My case was recently approved 3 days ago but did not get the conventional "New card being produced" status. I got a straight update to the case was approved. The status has not changed since then. I was told that it should update to "card was mailed" and receive USPS tracking but didn't get that as well. However, I did see in my USPS informed delivery that a priority mail with insured USPS tracking is being sent to me. Is there any way you can tell if this is the green card mail?

July 30, 2021 Concurrent filing , I-140 and I-485 with Medicals
After case transferred on 23rd June to NBC, I chatted and called few times to USCIS but no information received regarding status or Field Office against my A-number and representative keep insisting to follow-up only after Apr 2024 (this is purely a joke). On July 26th again called USCIS to get status on my wife A-number and no information was found which triggered case inquiry and as per representative inquiry was forwarded to immigration officer and I should expect callback. Luckily within 3 days case was approved for all of my family members.
EB3 AOS approved 2 weeks after transfer to NBC
Just got the most waited update on my AOS! Hoping that the trend continues and everyone gets their GC before the end of USCIS fiscal year (September). Wish you all the best!
